The São Paulo Dance Company International Workshop is an event aimed at pre-professional and professional dancers, teachers, journalists and dance photographers, who for five days participate in theoretical and practical classes taught by renowned professors of national and international dance. The dancers also participate in a collaborative choreographic process created by both Brazilian and international artists. All activities are free but require registration and selection. The event is open to the public shows, which take place on the stage of Theatre Erotides de Campos. The International Workshop SPDC walks into its 3rd edition iand is conducted by the State of São Paulo, Department of Culture, Associação Pró Dança, São Paulo Dance Company, in collaboration with Piracicaba City Hall, with the help of the Municipal Secretary of Cultural activity.
